Reporting a problem with a file

Because we never receive your images, we can’t see what went wrong unless you tell us. A useful report includes:

• the tool page you used (its address),
• the file format and approximate size (for example “HEIC, 4 MB, from an iPhone 15”),
• your browser and device,
• the error message shown.

Please only attach a sample image if it contains nothing private.

Suggesting a tool

Tell us the task you were trying to finish, not just the feature. “I need to shrink scanned signatures under 20 KB for a job portal” helps more than “add a compressor”.
